Anotherblock, a Web3 music investment platform, has completed a $2.5 million funding round led by Nordic venture capital firm Inventure, with participation from Centrifuge founder Maex Ament, Dune co-founder Fredrik Haga, and blockchain research and investment institution StableNode. In addition, the round featured a number of producers and artists, including Grammy-winning producer DannyBoyStyles and a number of publishers and labels.

Anotherblock is said to have been founded in 2021 by entrepreneurs Michel D. Traore, Sebastian Ljungberg, and Filip Strömsten. Later this year, the platform intends to launch its first NFT.
